Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Healthcare Recruiter for our Denver office. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting and on-boarding qualified candidates for a variety of healthcare positions in the Denver metro area. Medical understanding is a must, as you will be working in the healthcare arena with nurses and healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will be good with people, detail-oriented, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Perform employee selection process by screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and on-boarding qualified CNAs, LPNs, and RNs for a variety of positions in the Denver-Metro area
  • Work directly with clients to ensure employee fit matches desired expectations
  • Schedule employee coverage at customer locations
  • Answer phone calls, send faxes, scan documents and adhere to standard office procedures
  • Follow company procedures and document activities using in house applicant tracking system
  • Effectively reach out via phone/social media/internet and other programs intended to search for potential nurses

Job Requirements:


  • Must be familiar with Healthcare industry and understand medical terminology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Must be friendly and people-oriented, with ability to develop strong relationships with both clients and associates


  • HS Diploma or equivalent, College Degree preferred


  • 2 years Medical Recruiting experience
  • Experience with temp staffing agency and ATS systems a plus
